What does standard insurance exclude?
The wheels, undercarriage, windscreen and interior of the car. After any damage the rental agent must be told at once and a police report obtained, unless agreed otherwise.
Can I drive the car outside Croatia?
With permission arranged first: travel outside Croatia is added during booking as a cross-border option, for a fee, and the permission and its conditions are arranged with the help desk by email (clause 9). Prices and conditions depend on the length of the trip, the car and the rental company.
